Obviously, Venetia received the promotion. I mean, come on, Arabelle doesn't even have the common sense to put on two sock/slippers. How could she possibly be trusted to properly meet, greet and seat a party of six?
I hate to pop your pretty balloon, but it was Arabelle. See the blue ribbon signifier on her chest? And she's the one who copped an attitude after the promotion. Probably slept with a regional manager to get the post..... :-0
