Unconventional, yes, but Christopher was thrilled when his mother acquiesced and baked him the Dolly Devil's Food birthday cake he'd been wishing for since the same time last year when she'd presented him with one featuring The Incredible Hulk...
Thus, the question of what would be viewed on television that Saturday morning was settled between Sharon and her little brother Hogan. "Captain Video" it was!
Mary Beth enjoyed growing up in Teensyville, but as the years wore on, it began to dawn on her that perhaps she didn't fit in with her fellow townspeople as much as she thought she had. Two years later, she decided that she and her birthplace had somehow grown apart.
As the afternoon wore on, Rufus started to wish with all of his canine heart that Albert had learned even one more song on the banjo besides "Beautiful, Beautiful Brown Eyes" as this one was wearing thin to the point of depression.
Not only was Marguerite ecstatic that the old gang from Billy Smart's Circus had come en masse to help celebrate her 80th birthday, but she was also highly impressed that they'd arrived to the occasion in one two-seater Corvette!
