7/7/14

Ever since their move to Taos, New Mexico, Almora had bemoaned the fact that it was always too warm for her to enjoy wearing her fur stole, but thankfully on this day the temperature dropped to a frigid 82 degrees, so she could unpack it!
Nola Clutterson was so pleased with her finds at the St. Bernadette Jumble Sale, even though she questioned whether or not she had room for everything in her efficiency. Sadly, the little owl that Barney had made her in ceramics class had to be moved aside and the new artwork did lead to the death of her sole plant in the room...
Hortense learned beforehand that if she were going to wish the cats a good night after enjoying a tuna salad for dinner, it was best to do so with the window CLOSED.
The unfortunate scenario of only one working bathroom at the Ashtabula Sunoco caused a myriad of problems and concerns for both The Gassmans and The Trotts on their way to judge the Northeast Ohio Chrysanthemum Festival.
Tommy liked nothing better after a hard day working at Stop & Go than to head into the yard and enjoy some grass while also playing with his basket...
Reggie simply couldn't face the idea of saying goodbye to Flaky the Snowman, so as the outside temperature soared to 47 degrees, he did what he had to do to preserve him. His mother Joyce was not pleased, however, to have lost $7.50 worth of groceries!

Flaky the Snowman is creeping me out a little.

Even more so the next day, I'm sure, since - as an eagle-eyed friend of mine pointed out - he's headed into the REFRIGERATOR, not the freezer! Ha ha!
