11/13/18

The Jonathan-Christopher Theatre Initiative was known for both its unusual approach to Shakespearean plays such as "As You Like It," shown here, as well as some long-lasting and rather notorious cast parties!
Initially after expulsion from The Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve roughed it in the wilderness for a while, but with perseverance they were eventually able to do a land-lease on a three bedroom/two bath ranch in a suburb of Goshen, Ohio...
Despite all the chatter about how they never got along, there were indeed times backstage during the filming of My Little Chickadee that Mae West and W.C. Fields got along rather well, such as in this unpublished photograph taken after some wardrobe fittings.

I much prefer this version of Paradise Lost...where Adam is tempted by the Forbidden Bag of Potato Chips and the snake is replaced by a bottle of beer.

Ha ha! Also note the prominent red solo cup (suggesting the apple?)
