5/15/18

For a time, Nancy and Sandy Flanders were primed to be the next big thing in Philadelphia. Then another pair of sisters down the block, Audrey and Judy Landers, suddenly sprang to prominence and left these two in the dust.
Stefani searched every store in Ivy Hills Shopping Center and Peony Heights Mall to find just the right ensemble for her new job as cashier in the gift shop at Krohn Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
And so, with Misty's parents well on their way to Ft. Myers Beach for two weeks, the garage door was opened and the good times with pals like Ronda and Steve began to roll!

Sadly, the Flanders sisters never really stood a chance. I think it had something to do with their mismatched footwear.

On a somewhat related note, if you're unfamiliar with Audrey Landers' song Manuel Goodbye, you might want to check it out.
