All the members of South Carrollton Country Club were stoked about the big Labor Day weekend swim party, especially since Melody Sue was in charge of spiking the lemonade. And lifeguard Chase knew from experiences last year to have a wheelchair handy.

After more than fourteen days without a drop, Stephanie gathered the members of her 4th period Home Ec class together to perform a rain dance in tribal gear, but they must have done something wrong because all that happened was a spike in humidity and more sun than ever before!

It cannot be denied that eyebrows were raised when Lynde Community College's production of "Helen of Troy" included a love scene between Patroclus and Achilles, even if it may have been true to the story. But the real shock came when actors Jonathan and David continued the relationship months after the play closed!

Cliff became the victim of false advertising when he pre-booked his New York hotel room featuring private bathrooms with top of the line fixtures and "high-end" tubs...

Dan-Bob won the STP Motorcross Championship, but it soon caused some friction at the ceremony since his father Rafe owned stock in Ashland Oil and his girlfriend Bobbie Rae had been the prior year's Miss Valvoline.

Georgette and Clarice were informed that sharks tended to shy away from waders who wore dark sunglasses in the water, a fact they deliberately kept from their "frenemy" Lily...

And so, thanks to the dangerous cooking of his mother Char, the seeds were planted in Stevie from a very young age to go into public service as a paramedic or firefighter.

Annette, unlike many toddlers, wasn't un-receptive to the idea of potty training, the only exceptions being when she was unhappily hit by some backsplash or on those rare occasions when her mother Judy fell asleep in the other room while she was still strapped in!

Pinocchio was a valued customer down at Lampwick's Toys & School Supply because he not only brought many of his pals in to make purchases, but you could also always tell if he was lying on not if asked whether he shoplifted anything...!

Ginger thought she was lucky enough to hit dry land at all after her dull boyfriend capsized their yacht, never to be seen again, but once she opened her eyes to Thomas and his private beach cabin she felt quite charmed indeed.

Diane thought Allison was fast enough with her blonde hair, but once she began to "develop," it was only a matter of time before these two headed out onto highly divergent paths and would have to leave their frolicsome days as The Cinnamon Sticks behind.

And so it was that Adrienne flipped through the family album and discovered the exact date and time that it was mandated there could never be a little brother or sister for her (unless modern medicine could perform a miracle...)

And so the National Beauty Salon Week Pageant came to its frenzied conclusion in a Tint 'n Dye knock-down drag-out, with red-hued Renate taking first place as her competitors looked on with either disappointment or adoration.

Vonetta knew that Mr. Turdbaum was the one who drove over her son Jerry's tricycle, so she waited until dusk when she could skulk over to his house and employ careful revenge...

Madge was doing well in all departments of Mortuary College except for the washing & setting of the corpse's hair, so she asked Uncle Wally to pitch in as a practice mannequin the night before her big final exam.

Chet was proud of his wood-working business, which led to sturdy pallet benches and helped to supplement his busy hobby as a snorkelist, but his mother did begin to worry when her formerly dense backyard was ultimately down to just one scrawny tree!

Raymond knew that if he had any shot at all on winning the Mr. Adams County bodybuilding contest, he'd have to squeeze in some extra workouts prior to his shift as deli manager down at the Piggly Wiggly.

This time the other four members of The Tumbling Otters promised they'd be more careful when flipping David so that he'd land on the platform feet first instead of head first!

Barry couldn't think of a better, more romantic, place to pop the burning question to Rhonda: "Hey, baby, would you like to do it back here behind this fence?"

Even though Ivan was careful to pack an extra large mat for their second day at the beach, Uncle Heinrich was still behaving as if they were sharing one small towel as they'd been forced to do the day before...

Dawn was so glad that Garry picked her up on her lunch hour from the Dippy-Whip, but did fret that he'd driven to such a dusty, dirty neck of the woods which threatened to mess up her clean white uniform.

The highly-anticipated "Wonder Woman & Casper the Friendly Ghost Variety Hour" was never proceeded with after the pilot due to a variety of issues from a lack of transparency with Casper's agents and managers to a recent hairstylists union strike...

Ralph Edwards got quite a shock when he flew to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia to interview the family of The Unknown Comic for an upcoming installment of "This Is Your Life" and wondered how these expressionless folks would translate to TV.

Of all days for Bryan to pick up a hitch-hiking surfer... He sensed a bit of an attraction between them, but his mother had removed the curtains from his box cap in order to launder and press them for the upcoming summer season!
